5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

12.1 Account Termination by Player

You may close your sk777bet account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal verification. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out upon voluntary account closure.
